This Policy does not apply to our customers’ websites, which may have their own terms and privacy policies. Privacy policy under Amendment 13 to the Protection of Privacy Law

In accordance with Amendment 13 to the Protection of Privacy Law, we are obligated to inform you of your rights regarding the use of personal information provided to us, as well as the terms and limitations of the use of this information.

Your consent to the use of personal information
You must give us your explicit consent to use personal information about you for marketing or advertising purposes. Accordingly, if we have not been given your explicit consent to use personal information, it will not be used for these purposes.

Your right to review and correct personal information
Under Amendment 13 to the Law, you have the right to review the personal information we hold and to request that it be corrected if it is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.

Your right to request deletion
You also have the right to request the deletion of your personal information if the information is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected, or if you are convinced that the use of the information does not comply with the requirements of the law.

Limitations on the use of personal information for marketing
Under the law, you have the right to stop the use of your information for marketing purposes, and in particular to stop receiving promotional material and marketing communications. If you so choose, we will ensure that no further advertisements are sent to you.

Conditions for transferring personal information to third parties
We will not transfer your personal information to third parties unless we are required to do so by law or in cases where you have explicitly consented. Any sharing of information will be carried out in accordance with the terms set out in this Privacy Policy.

Website visitors:

Name, email address and additional contact details. We request, and based on your choice collect, your contact data (such as name and email address) when you submit web forms on our sites, including opportunities to register and consent to receive email communications from us. We may also ask you to submit such personal information if you choose to use interactive features of the sites, including participating in surveys, requesting customer support or other communications with us. We will send such communications in accordance with the law.

Log files. Just as you visit and interact with most websites and services provided over the internet, when you visit our sites we collect certain information and store it in log files. Note that some data recipients may be located outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). In such cases, we will only transfer your data to such countries as have been approved by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection, or we will enter into legal agreements ensuring an adequate level of information protection.

Whenever the Company shares personal information originating from the EEA or Switzerland with a Company entity outside the EEA or Switzerland, it will do so on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the Privacy Shield framework.
