Participants: individuals who provide their information to the Company or its representatives when they take part in, or register to take part in, Company-sponsored events or other events in which the Company participates.
This Policy does not apply to our customers’ websites, which may have their own terms and privacy policies. Our customers are solely responsible for setting policies and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those relating to the collection of personal information in connection with the use of our services by end users with whom our customers interact.
Privacy policy under Amendment 13 to the Protection of Privacy Law
In accordance with Amendment 13 to the Protection of Privacy Law, we are obligated to inform you of your rights regarding the use of personal information provided to us, as well as the terms and limitations of the use of this information.
Your consent to the use of personal information
You must give us your explicit consent to use personal information about you for marketing or advertising purposes. Accordingly, if we have not been given your explicit consent to use personal information, it will not be used for these purposes.
Your right to review and correct personal information
Under Amendment 13 to the Law, you have the right to review the personal information we hold and to request that it be corrected if it is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
Your right to request deletion
You also have the right to request the deletion of your personal information if the information is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected, or if you are convinced that the use of the information does not comply with the requirements of the law.
Limitations on the use of personal information for marketing
Under the law, you have the right to stop the use of your information for marketing purposes, and in particular to stop receiving promotional material and marketing communications. If you so choose, we will ensure that no further advertisements are sent to you.
Conditions for transferring personal information to third parties
We will not transfer your personal information to third parties unless we are required to do so by law or in cases where you have explicitly consented. Any sharing of information will be carried out in accordance with the terms set out in this Privacy Policy.
- Notice to minors

By accessing, using or interacting with our websites or services, you confirm to us that you are not under the age of consent. In the event we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under the age of consent without verification of parental consent, we will delete this information upon discovery. If you believe we may have any information from or about a person under the age of consent, please contact us using the contact details available below.

We may also ask you to submit such personal information if you choose to use interactive features of the sites, including participating in surveys, requesting customer support or other communications with us. We will send such communications in accordance with the law.

This information may include, but is not limited to, internet protocol (IP) addresses, system configuration information, URLs of referring pages, and locale and language preferences.
Cookies and other tracking technologies. We may use cookies and other technologies to collect information for a variety of purposes, such as to provide us with information about how you interact with our websites and to assist us in our marketing efforts. You can control how websites use cookies by configuring your browser’s privacy settings (please refer to your browser’s help function to learn more about cookie controls). When you visit or access our sites (including when you interact with our embedded items), we use (and authorize third parties to use) web beacons, cookies, pixel tags, scripts, tags and other technologies (“tracking technologies”).
These tracking technologies enable us and third parties to automatically collect information about you (such as your IP address, unique device identifiers and your online behavior), in order to improve your navigation of our sites, improve the performance of our sites and personalize your experience on our websites, as well as for behavioral advertising and fraud prevention purposes. We also use this information to collect statistics about the use of our sites, perform analytics, provide content tailored to your interests, and manage services for our users, advertisers, publishers, customers and partners.
Interactive areas. The sites may offer publicly accessible blogs, community forums, comment sections, discussion forums or other interactive features (“interactive areas”). If you choose to participate in one of these interactive areas, please note that any information you post in an interactive area may be read, collected and used by others who access it.

- Legal basis for processing (EEA only):
If you are an individual from the European Economic Area (EEA), please note that our legal basis for collecting and using your personal information will depend on the personal information collected and the specific context in which we collect it. We generally collect personal information from you only where: (a) we have your consent to do so, (b) where we need your personal information to perform a contract with you (for example, to provide the Company services you requested), (c) where the processing is in our legitimate interests; or (d) where we are required to collect, retain or share such information under applicable laws.
In some cases, we may need the personal information to protect your vital interests or those of another person.
Where we rely on your consent to process your personal data, you have the right to withdraw or decline consent at any time. Where we rely on our legitimate interests to process your personal data, you have the right to object.
If you have any questions about, or need additional information concerning, the legal basis on which we collect and use your personal information, please contact us using the contact details available below.

comply with legal obligations and investigate and prevent fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access to the services and other illegal activities;
personalize the sites and services, including by providing features or content that match your interests and preferences;
and process for other purposes for which we obtain your consent.
We may combine information we collect as described above with personal information we receive from third parties. For example, we may combine information entered in a Company sales submission form with information we receive from a third-party sales-intelligence platform provider in order to improve our ability to market our services to customers or potential customers.
- Interest-based advertising and user choice
Through our sites and services, we may provide advertisements tailored to you, for example ads based on your recent browsing behavior on different sites, browsers or devices.
In order to target advertisements to you for products and services you may be interested in, we, as well as certain third parties, may use tracking technologies to display advertisements based on your visits to sites, to target advertisements for products and services that may interest you, and to measure the effectiveness of the ads. These tracking technologies are governed by the specific privacy policy of each third party, not this one.
You can opt out of certain third-party tracking technologies used for behavioral advertising purposes by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative or by visiting the DAA opt-out program or the EDAA consumer choice page (if you reside in the EU). Note that certain tracking technologies operate at the device and browser level, so to fully opt out across devices, you will need to do so on each device and browser separately.
- How do we share your personal information?
We work with other companies that help us run our business (“service providers”). These companies provide services to help us store information (such as cloud-hosting companies), provide customer support, process credit-card payments, monitor and analyze the performance of our services and sites, manage and communicate with our existing customers as well as sales leads, provide marketing support, provide fraud-prevention services, and otherwise operate and improve our services. in the event of a merger, sale, change in control or reorganization of all or part of our business;
when we are required to disclose personal information to respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims;
when we have a good-faith belief that sharing is necessary to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our service agreement, or as otherwise required to comply with our legal obligations; or as you may otherwise consent from time to time.
- International data transfer
Please note that our businesses, as well as our trusted partners and service providers, are located around the world. Any information we collect (including your personal information) is stored and processed in various jurisdictions around the world (including in the United States), for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Note that some data recipients may be located outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). In such cases, we will only transfer your data to such countries as have been approved by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection, or we will enter into legal agreements ensuring an adequate level of information protection.
Whenever the Company shares personal information originating from the EEA or Switzerland with a Company entity outside the EEA or Switzerland, it will do so on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the Privacy Shield framework.
